Return and Refund Policy

The Return and Refund Policy of MMC Luxury Perfume BD

The following conditions must be met in order to return an item to us:

1. If the product is discovered to be physically damaged in front of the delivery person, it is damaged.2.  The incorrect product is sent to the consumer.
2. The product is not what is described on the website, Facebook, or Instagram.
3. Products have their original tags and are unused, undamaged, and clean.
4. Neither the products are worn nor cleaned.
5. The product has to be in a marketable state.

Items that were damaged or broken during handling or delivery will be accepted for return by MMC Luxury Perfume BD. It must be given back intact and in the same state as when it was received. Opened boxes and cellophane-wrapped fragrances are not eligible for returns. We don't market or trade in used fragrances. So, testing and returning is not an option. 

Branded Perfume items are sealed (sealed open branded items are forbidden to return) and Products are sold as packages or in sets. The item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. The item must be in the original packaging. The item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 7 working days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. You can get the refund within 7 to 10 working days of return. 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item You will be responsible for paying the delivery charge for returning the item.

The delivery charge is not refundable. If you receive a replaced item from the vendor then you are not required to pay the delivery charge to receive the product. Should you need any further assistance please feel free to contact us.

আমাদের কাছে একটি আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য নিম্নলিখিত শর্তগুলি অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে:

হ্যান্ডলিং বা ডেলিভারির সময় ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ বা ভেঙে যাওয়া আইটেমগুলি MMC Luxury Perfume BD দ্বারা ফেরতের জন্য গ্রহণ করা হবে। এটি অক্ষত এবং একই অবস্থায় ফিরিয়ে দিতে হবে যখন এটি গ্রহণ করা হয়েছিল। খোলা বাক্স এবং সেলোফেনে মোড়ানো সুগন্ধি ফেরত পাওয়ার যোগ্য নয়। আমরা ব্যবহৃত সুগন্ধি বাজারজাত করি না বা ব্যবসা করি না। সুতরাং, পরীক্ষা করা এবং ফিরে আসা একটি বিকল্প নয়।

ব্র্যান্ডেড পারফিউম আইটেমগুলি সিল করা হয় (সিল করা খোলা ব্র্যান্ডের আইটেমগুলি ফেরত দেওয়া নিষিদ্ধ) এবং পণ্যগুলি প্যাকেজ হিসাবে বা সেটে বিক্রি করা হয়। আইটেমটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং একই অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে যেটি গ্রাহক এটি পেয়েছেন। আইটেম মূল প্যাকেজিং হতে হবে. আইটেমটির একটি রসিদ বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ থাকতে হবে।

আপনি যদি যেকোনো কারণে আপনার অর্ডার ফেরত বা বিনিময় করতে চান, তাহলে ক্রয়ের ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করতে হবে। আপনি স্টোর ক্রেডিট, একটি ভিন্ন পণ্য বা মূল অর্থপ্রদানের পদ্ধতিতে ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য আপনার পণ্যটি ফেরত দিতে পারেন। আপনি পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে রিফান্ড পাবেন।  

একবার আমরা আপনার আইটেমটি পেয়ে গেলে, আমরা এটি পরিদর্শন করব এবং আপনাকে অবহিত করব যে আমরা আপনার ফেরত আইটেমটি পেয়েছি। আইটেমটি পরিদর্শন করার পরে আমরা অবিলম্বে আপনাকে আপনার ফেরতের স্থিতি সম্পর্কে অবহিত করব আপনি আইটেমটি ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রদানের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।ডেলিভারি চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। আপনি যদি বিক্রেতার কাছ থেকে একটি প্রতিস্থাপিত আইটেম পান তবে আপনাকে পণ্যটি পাওয়ার জন্য ডেলিভারি চার্জ দিতে হবে না। আপনার যদি আরও কোনো সহায়তার প্রয়োজন হয় তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে নির্দ্বিধায় আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
